Goan Relaxation Treatment

A soothing and luxurious 45 min therapy
which is based upon Helen’s own experience
of the spa treatments of Southern India.

Developed exclusively for Serenity
the treatment combines the benefit of Reflexology of
the feet and hands with an Indian style massage
of the back, shoulders, neck and head.

Firstly the feet are massaged in warm water combined
with sea salt and a blend of oils to suit the individual.
The same oil is then used to massage the hands.

The back, shoulders, neck and head massage can be
performed with or without oils, through the clothes
or directly onto the skin.

This safe highly beneficial treatment stimulates
the bodies own healing process whilst relaxing tense
muscles and creating a feeling of
well being and calm.
